A same-day clerical check for one completed-load invoice packet before you send it to a broker or factor. You get one ordered PDF and a plain list of anything missing, mismatched, or hard to read. You decide what to fix and submit.

Who is behind Relaystead
Relaystead is run by Phuong Huynh, a software engineer in the United States. Every job is reviewed personally before it goes back to you. The name comes from the old relay stations where a handoff had to be fast and dependable, because the whole route depended on it. That is the standard for the paperwork you trust us with.

How we handle your documents
Send only the documents needed for the service. Redact bank account and routing numbers, home addresses, and other information we do not need. Never send passwords or portal credentials.
Only Phuong reviews your files. Source files and working copies are deleted after delivery or refund. Relaystead retains only payment status, turnaround time, and non-sensitive service issue categories.
