Port-call close check
Compare PDA and FDA charges before voyage close.
Compare a Proforma Disbursement Account (PDA) with the Final Disbursement Account (FDA) for the same port call and currency. Get line-by-line variance, new charges, mapping exceptions, missing voucher references, and a clean question list.
Email opens with a short scope request. Do not attach operational files yet. Scope, retention, and delivery are confirmed before payment.
What you send and receive
Declared inputs
- One PDA charge table in CSV or XLSX.
- One FDA charge table in CSV or XLSX.
- One currency and a confirmed map for non-standard labels.
Bounded output
- Line-by-line estimate-to-actual variance.
- PDA-only, FDA-only, duplicate, and unknown-label flags.
- Missing voucher-reference flags and a question sheet.
How the pilot works
Confirm the file shape
Describe the two tables, currency, and whether the lines carry stable codes or repeated labels. Do not attach files yet.
Confirm labels
Phuong confirms the fixed scope and asks you to approve any non-standard label map before comparison.
Get the variance pack
You receive the comparison and question list. You decide what to ask, approve, dispute, or post.
What PortDiff does not decide
PortDiff is not a tariff calculator, accounting approval, or payment service. It does not parse arbitrary PDFs, interpret contracts, allocate ledger accounts, convert currencies, screen compliance, adjudicate disputes, or move money.
Minimum-data boundary
Never send credentials, bank details, personal addresses, or unrelated voyage documents. Operational files are accepted only after scope and handling are confirmed. Source files and working copies are deleted after delivery or refund.
